CORRESPONDENCE.
(To the Editor).
Sir. —With all due consideration 'to Father Dore, but, on principle, don't you think that some Catholics are overdoing things in the way' of public welcomes. Father Dore has already received a public welcome, while there are quite a number of other returned men who get no reception at all.—l am, etc., J. COLDER. [THE welcome to be extended the Rev. Father Dore is from the parishioners of St. Mary’s Church, to mark the resumption of pastoral work as priest of St., Mary’s parish. The function has no connection with military affairs. The public are invited to be present by St. Mary’s parishion-ers.—-Ed. H.J
