BENNIER EXECUTED,

After giving the whole case the most careful consideration, the authorities decided to allow the law to take its course in the case of Frank Edward Bennicr, who was sentenced to death for the murder of his wife on 10th September, at Kauangaroa. The condemned man was executed at the Terrace Gaol at 8 o'clock this morning.
