The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day;— The indications arc for easterly wind moderate to strong, and backing by east to north, then freshening, for storm appears to he approaching from the south. Expect dull weather, witli much mist ami fog iu parts. Rain probable. Barometer falling shortly. Seas moderate, tides moderate.
