PUBLICAN FINED FOR SELLING .AFTER HOURS. j Dunedin, Yesterday. The first prosecution against a hotelkeeper under the fi o’clock closing Act, for selling after hours, was heard this morning,, when a licensee and an assistant were each fined £lO and costs.
