GRAND ENTERTAINMENT.
FRIDAY NIGHT,
IN AID OF THE WOUNDED SOLDIERS’ FUND.
A grand entertainment will be given in the Coronation Hall on Friday 'evening.,, next., by the Sandon Entertainment Party, consisting of no '.less than 30 performers, in aid of .the-Wounded Soldiers’ Fund. The Sandon Parly lias been organised '.for some little lime, and in addition to performances given in Sanson, ’have, alio appeared at Bulls, Marion, and Feilding. Their last performance was at Feilding on the 28th of last month, when they paired to a large audience, and received a very cordial reception. The piece 'staged on Thai occasion,. “The Schemers,” will lie played in Foxton on Friday night. The full programme and caste of, characters appears in our advertising columns. The prices of admission are 2s and Is, and as the proceeds are for the Wounded Soldiers’ Fund, there should not be a vacant seat in the hall on Friday night.
