The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at nqon to-day: —• The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but easterly moderate to strong prevailing, and freshening. Mild and hazy conditions with increasing haze and cloudiness for change in the beginning of the week. The barometer has a falling tendency. Sea rough, tides moderate.
