Civil. —Plaints entered, 93; judgment summonses, 21; orders made, 11; distress warrants, 6; processes served or executed by bailiff, 152. Amounts sued f,or, £852 17s 8d; amount recovered, £5Ol 6d 9d. Amount collected in Court fees, £42 6s. The Magistrate ..provided over four sittings of the Court during the year, the balance of sittings being presided over by justices. During the year there was a large decrease in civil proceedings, but ah increase in criminal sproceedings, principally breaches of the Licensing Act and drunkenness
