THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:—
The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but southerly moderate prevailing soon. The weather cloudy to overcast, with scattered showers, but weather improving soon. Barometer little movement, hut has a rising tendency. Seas moderate, tides good.
