BOWLING.
Yesterday 'afternoon three challenge games were taken part in by members of the local Club, Levin and Shannon each sent a rink to Foxton, the former to play for the Manawatu Ferns, and the latter for the Kirmilmrgh Feathers, and in both games the vistors were successful and curried the trophies back with them. The Foxton rink that visited Shannon, however, won their game, and returned home with the Gold Stars. The following are the teams and scores: — Levin. Foxton. Lancaster D.
