The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for easterly moderate to strong wind, and backing by south to east; expect dull weather, with mist and fog in parts. Misty rain is to be expected. Barometer falling soon. Sea moderate, tides moderate.
