EVERY alien is required to make application for registration in the prescribed form not later than Ist December, 1917. “Alien” means a person of either sex not less than fifteen years of age who is not a British. subject either by birth or by naturalisation in New Zealand. Alien seamen may register with Collector of Customs at port where vessel is lying. Every such--application shall be in writing in duplicate, and shall be made by delivering the same personally to a Registration Officer, A certificate of registration will be issued upon receipt of each application.
