THE HEMP MARKET.

HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday: — There is no change to report in the Manila and New Zealand markets. The stocks at 31st October this year were: Manila, 15,134 tons; New Zealand, 562 tons; against 7,394 tons and 443 tons respectively last year. The Manila output this year to 12th November was 1,085,000 bales, against 1,039,000 last year.
