The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:—* The indications are for a southerly moderate to strong wind. The weather will probably be cool and changeable, with a prospect of fair to cloudy weather prevailing. Barometer rising slowly. Sea rough, tides high swell on. the coast.
