THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for a southerly moderate to strong wind, and backing by east to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with the night very cold. Barometer little movement. Sea moderate, tides good.
