MEN ItEFUSE TO RETURN. "Members of the Wellington branch of the Federated Seamen’,Union met on Thursday. The letter from the Prime Minister Avas discussed, and the men decided unanimously not to return to Avork. During the absence of Messrs Young and Howell, Mr J. Adams has been appointed acting-secre-tary for the time being, and Mr G. Nation assistant secretary.
