The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for westerly winds strong to gale, and hacking hy west to .-mph after about lit! hours. The weal Iter will probably prove very boisterous; rain probable. The barometer has a falling tendency, hut rising after about 24 hours. Sea rough, tides good; sea and tides increasing.
