HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT, The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday: —: The New Zealand hemp market continues firm owing to a decrease in the supply of government graded fair Manila, together with the fact that the details under government control have not yet been announced. Small sales have taken place during the week of high point fair afloat at £92, common £BB, and fair for October shipment £87. ;
