FULL DAMAGES AWARDED. Christehundi, Aug'. 31. The Supremo Court was occupied for two days hearing' the ease of Elizabeth Asm Raddon, who sued Frederick Vivian Rockett for .1501 damages for breach of promise of marriage. Plaint iff is a widow, and defendant is a draper. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff fur (he full amount, but the judge reduced it by £l, in order to carry costs on the lower .scale.
