May I ask yon to use your undoubted influence upon and through the children to make this loan a success ! 'fhe effort must ho vigorous, united, and prompt. The, victory must be ours. J am relying upon the active assistance of every teacher in (he Dominion, and 1 feel that my confidence 1 will not he in vain.
