The annual general meeting of member- of the above was held in (he supper-room of (he Town Hal! last niglil. Mr 1). AVhihley (president) presided over a fair attendance of members. AVhihley and Lnmsden. .It was resolved that ail members residing over two miles from the green be admitted at one guinea. It was derided to hold a ladder competition in phme of the pairs eomnetition.

A hearty vote of thanks was passed lo I lie ladies for providing afternoon tea daring the season. The delegales were instructed to a-k the Centre to hold their animal tournament at Eoxton at an early date.

Voles of thank- were passed to all outgoing officers, and particularly to Air Hawke, whose services on the ground committee were much appreciated.
