“WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN?” E. J. Carroll’s unprecedentedly successful picture, “Where are My Children?” opens at the Town Hall on Tuesday next, for one night only. The eagerness to see this picture by persons over the barred age 18 years —has been remarkable. Concerning its season at Invercargill, the Southland Times said; —“The terrific rush to secure seats that has been reported from other centres was forcibly demonstrated at the Grand Theatre on Saturday evening, on the occasion of the presentation in Invercargill of Mr E. J. Carroll’s famous film offering, “Whore are My Children?” Long before the doors opened an immense crowd of people had assembled. Immediately the barriers were raised the crowd besieged the paybox, with the result that part of the glass front was carried away in the wild stampede for tickets. Standing room only was available at 7.30 o’clock.” “Where are My Children?” is a screen play of enthralling interest, and it is unquestionably a picture of value for its lesson makes a serious contribution to the cause of humanity. Pati’ons would be well advised to secure seals at Tcviotdale’s.
