ANNUAL REPORT AND BAL-ANCE-SHEET. t The following report and bal-ance-sheet will be submitted at the annual meeting of the Fuxtori Bowling Flub, to be held in the Town Hall supper-room at 8 o’clock to-morrow evening:— “Your commit ice have pleasure in submitting a balance-sheet for the season 191.0-17, showing your club to lie in a very favourable position. Your committee feels that it reflects great credit on the loyalty of your members that the past season should close with a net profit of £l.B 2s lid to the chib. The assets at present exceed the liabilities by nearly £350. It will be noticed on the balance-sheet that the overdraft at the hank now stands at -(MU 8d 9d, compared with .C 129 Yll s Sd of last year, a reduction of over £lB. Your (dub are now holders of (he Manaualu (Thoms) Ferns, Kinnihinr Fcaiheis, Awahou Feathers. Also during'the season the Maim wain Fold Star.- were won, bul subsequently lost again. Unsuccessful attempts wore made to win the Dixon Fop, Munson and Barr Flip, and Ainslie Shield daring the sea-on. In all, 18 mulches were played 'for various trophies, Several games for the Nye Fm-m were played, and were much enjoyed, the nhimaic winners iwing Dr. Mamll’s team. The pairs competition was ivon by F. I). WTibley and Large, with three wins. The singles competition ended with F. D, Whibicy, Wainwrigbl and Slewart ties, with ■! wins each. The Folder Flip compel it ion was unfinished.
