ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
Hastings, Aug. 20. Mrs Arlluir Hobart had her right fool amputated on Saturday night as the result of being knocked down by a motor cyclist. Auckland, Aug. 20. May Bell, aged 31, was found dying lasi night, with a small bottle, believed to contain poison, beside her. She died an' hour later. Deceased had previously spoken of her intention to commit suicide.
