BOROUGH TREASURER’S REPORT.
The Borough Treasurer reported as follows a.I last night’s meeting; The following amounts were received during the month of July and placed to credit as under: District fund account £1,158 3s lid, cemetery account £S. The balances of the various funds at (he Bank of Now Zealand as at the 31st July, 1017, were as follow: District fund account, debit, £2-14 2s Bd, eemeicry account, credit, £l3 13s 7d, and the ledger balances at the same dale as follow: Imprest cash £lO, genera! £9l Os od, gas works £2BO 15s Id. Council chamber loan £7 .1 Is od. was works loan £207 19s Bd. at debit. The following accounts were in credit : —•Cemetery £l3 13s 7d, eon tractor’s deposit £3O, hospital amlSdiarihible aid £24 19s 9d, library £ll 15s -Id, reserves £5 10s od, sanitation £l3O 10s lid, Town Hall £0 13s 7d, AVliirokino bridge loan interest £24 10s (id, roads and streets loan £37 10s Od, Shannon bridge loan £ls Is lOd, AAliirokino bridge loan No. 2 £22 0s lOd, roads and streets loan No. 2 £lO 0s lOd, Beach road loan £3O 17s lid.
