FAILURE TO REGISTER.
Wanganui, August (!. A young South Plunder, Angus William Apes, after walking from Wellington to Wnverley, was arrested by the police and brought to Wanganui. The mngistrnic (Mr Hewitt) sent him to. gaol for a month for failing to register.
