HIGH CO A LAIIS SIO NEU ’ S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday; — The Manila market continue* firm. The receipts from loth to 31*1 July lot a lied 50,000 bales. Good prices are being paid for spot New Zealand hemp, but quotations are irregular. Small sales have taken place at £9(l for high point fair. High point fair July-December shipment, £9O; fair spot £9O; AugusUOeloher shipment £B9.
