The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:—
The indications are for variable and .strong breezes, but westerly moderate to strong prevailing, and backing to south to east. The weather will probably prove cold and showery. Barometer unsteady. Sea considerable swell, tides moderate.
