THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications arc for northerly winds strong to gale, and hacking by west to south. Expect dull weather with much mist and rain in parts. Heavy rain is to be expected, with rivers rising shortly. Barometer falling tendency, hut rising after about twenty hours. Sea considerable, and tides moderate.
