The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for southerly winds, veering by south to west. Changeable and showery weather is to be ex peeled, and the night will probably be very cold. The barometer has a rising tendency, though only for a short while. The sea is considerable, and the tides are moderate.
