THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for westerly winds prevailing from between north and west and south-west. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, and heavy rain is to ho expected, with rivers rising shortly. The barometer has a falling tendency. The sea is heavy and tides good.
