Before committing the Council to anything, the Mayor has decided to place the Harbour Board’s generous oiler before (he public and afford an opportunity to citizens to express their views on the subject. We have previously dealt with (he subject, and strongly urged (he exchange. It is hoped the meeting will strengthen the. Council’s hands by their unanimous approval.
