FARM HOOTS AND VEGETABLES.

There were some splendid exhibits of vegetables at the recent National Dairy Show held at Paimerslon North. The carrots, parsnips, onions and eclcry were especially line, and in fact the quality of the vegetables was much above the average. The field carrots wei’C probably the linest ever shown in New Zealand, many of the roots being more like mangels than carrots. These were mostly grown from Cooper’s Seeds, There were roots of Cooper’s “Matchless ’White” shown, weighing twelve pounds, very linn in texture, and line in quality. Mr T. Webb, who was one of the leading prize-lakers, wrote ns saying; “I had the greatest success with the produce of Cooper’s Seeds at the Winter Show, where 1 secured twenty-nine prizes. J cannot speak too highly in praise of Cooper’s Seeds; they certainly prove to be the Seeds of Success with me.” Mr A. Passey, Pohangina, one of (be leading prize-lakers in the Farm Pool Scad ion, also speaks in terms of the highest praise of Cooper's Seeds.
