PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.

The quarterly meeting of the executive committee of like Foxton district Presbyterian Church was held at Glen Oroua on Tuesday. Tlio Rev. J. IT. Bredin (moderator) presided, and there were present; Alessj's Alex. Spoil's, W. Renton (Foxton), Hediey Wilton, Ligley (Rnngiotu), Costall, Farmer and Anion (Glen Oroua). The halaneeslieei for ihe year ending June 30lh was submitted, and disclosed a very satisfactory slate of affairs. ,Jt was decided to put down a concrete path and yard at the manse at an approximate cost of £2B, towards which the Foxton Ladies’ Social Guild contributed £5, and the Committee £5, and several other donations were handed in and promised, Ollier routine business was transacted, after which the delegates were entertained al luncheon by Mesdames Anion and Farmer.
