WELCOMED HOME BY CONSTK TUENTS. /Auckland, July 9, A “welcome home” to the Prime j Minister win- tendered to-day at Pukekoho by the constituents of; Franklin. Sir James Allen wa- .also present. A large gathering at a reception in the afternoon gave tv most enthusiastic welcome to Mr Massey, who, in a speech, dealt with (he Dominion’s part in (lie war on the lines of recent speeches. He staled that 75,000 men had left New Zealand, .and that there were ten thousand in camp. A banquet was held in the evening'.
