U-BOAT BLOCKADE.
London, June 28. The Admiralty reports that the arrivals for the week were 2,876, the sailings 2,923. Twenty-one vessels over 1,600 tons were sunk and seven under. Twenty-two were unsuccessfully attacked. Following are the figures for the previous three weeks; —
