The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— South-easterly moderate to stroit" winds prevailing; the weather will probably prove cold and showery. The night will probably be very cold. Barometer unsteady, with a rising tendency. Sea considerable, tides moderate, but tides and sea increasing after about 24 hours,
