GOAL TROUBLE OVER.
STATEMENT BY ACTING- 'PREMIER. The Hon. Sir James Allen (Act-ing-Prime Milii-ler) stated on Saturday that practically till local agreements as to working conditions in New Zealand coal-mines are now completed, though a lew are still in proec-- of being arranged. “All the coal trouble," declared the Minister, “is over; and there is not likely to he any further dispute until the war is over. The coal-miners —I am glad to -ay this of them —are just as earnestly anxious lo win the war as anvbodv else."
