MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
Napier, June 10. At the Supreme Court, to-day the re-trial of Wlianiugaroa \\ irihana look place. Accused Avas charged with manslaughter in causing the death of Rupert Maney, a newspaper runner, at Hastings, accused's motor ear running over the hoy, who was riding a bicycle. The jury disagreed again, and a new trial was ordered for next-session.
