The Dominion Meteorologist wires as, follows at noon to-day: — Tiie indications are for westerly winds moderate to strong, with a southerly tendency shortly. The weather appears likely to he cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. Manometer unsteady. Sea considerable, tides moderate.
