PRICE OF SUGAR.
ONLY A SMALL INCREASE
Speaking to the Hon. W. D. S. .■MacDonald (Minister of Commerce) yesterday afternoon., a Dost reporter mentioned the fact that the arrangement with the Colonial Sugar Jvelinin<i - Company limiting the price of sugar expired a,I the end ot this month. The Minister replied that the (lovernment had entered into a fresh arrangement with the company for another year, at an increased price of £1 a ton.
