HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled ns follows at noon yesterday: — There is no material change in Die Alanila market, and the spot mark'd is bare. The New Zealand hemp market is (inn, but little doing owing lo scarcity of offers. Sales have been made at the following prices :—New Zealand higlipoinl fair £B7, lair £B4, for shipment by earliest opportunity. Pair, j.rompt shipment, £BS.
