IT'LL COURT’S DECISION. Wellington, April 18. Ihe Full Court gave' .judgment; this morning upon the questions submitted to the Court by the commissioners appointed to enquire into and report upon the Manawalu (Jorge road and bridges. The questions were whether either of (he following contentions were l valid: (1) That in order to determine what districts it is equitable should contribute towards the cost of maintaining a portion of road under Section 10!) of the Public Works Act, 1008, the commissioners should be guided by the wording of Section lib, Sub-section 2. of the Public, Works Act, 1908; (2) that in determining under Section 120 of the Public Works Ac), .1 DOS. what local authorities should be required to contribute to the cost of maintain-
