THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: The indications are for northerly wind strong to gale, hacking by west to south. The weather appeals to be cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain to be expected, with rivers rising shortly. The barometer has a fulling tendency, Sea heavy, tides good.
