BOWLING.
The Easter tournament organised by the Palmerston North and Terrace End Clubs was a great success, fifty rinks taking part. The playtfrs included some of the foremost in the Dominion. The section play was concluded yesterday, and the semi-Him is and finals are being played to-day, six rinks being still in. The following are the section .winners:—A. Fraser (St. Johns) 8 wins; B. Sharp (Stratford) 7 wins; C. Smart (New Plymouth) 7 wins; I). N. 11. Nash (Palmerston N.) and Wylie (Newtown) 7 win’s each; E. Bull (Napier) S wins. The Foxton Club was represented by one rink, A\ alker, Hawke, Nye, F. Whibley (s), and their record was two wins and four losses. The following are the teams played and the scores, the Poxton score being given first in each game: —
