Holiday Excursion tickets available fur return until lOtli May, 1917, will be issued from any station to any station on the North Island Main Trunk Line and branches from 3rd to 9th April inclusive. Excursion tickets available for same dales will be issued from any ollicered station on the North Island Main Line and branches (except Wellington) to any officered station on the South Island Main Line and branches (except Lyttelton). EXTRA EXPRESS TRAINS BETWEEN WELLINGTON AND AUCKLAND. Extra Express trains will run between Wellington and Auckland as under: — Leave Wellington 2.0 p.m., Palmerston North 5.22 p.m., daily (except Sunday, Bth April), from 3rd April to 13th April inclusive, arriving Auckland 7.50 p.m. Leave, Auckland 9.52 p.m. daily (except Saturday, 7th April) from 3rd April lo 13th April inclusive, Palmerston North 12.45 p.m. daily (except; Sunday Bth April) from 4th April to 14th April inclusive, arriving Wellington 3.59 p.m. EXPRESS TRAINS BETWEEN AUCKLAND AND PALMERSTON NORTH. Extra Mail (rains, making usual mail (rain stops, will run between Wellington and Wanganui from sth to 10th April inclusive (except Sunday, Sth April) as under; — Leave Wanganui 11.10 a.m., Palmerston North 2.30 p.m., arrive Wellington 0.55 p.m. Leave Wellington 7.45 a.in,, Palmerston North 14.40 a.m., arrive Wanganui 2.40 p.m. On these dates the ordinary Up Mail train will not lake passengers holding holiday excursion liekets from Palmerston North, Eordell and intermediate stations, icxcept for stopping stations North of Aramoho. On Good Friday, (sth April, the 10.2 a.m. and 4.45 p.m, trains, Palmerston North to Foxton, will NOT run. The 2.10 p.m. train Foxton to Palmerston North will NOT run. Train will leave Paxton 8.0 a.m. for Palmerston N., and leaves Palmerston N. 5.35 p.m. for Pox ton. PEILDING RACES, Dili AND 10th APRIL, 1917. On Oth April, usual 7 a.m. train will he delayed to leave Poxton 8 a.m., arriving Palmerston North 0.25 a.m., connecting there with trains for Peilding. Return train leaves Peilding (5.11 p.m., Palmerston North (5.55 p.m., for Poxton. The usual 2.10 p.m. (rain Foxlou to Palmerston North will NOT run. A special train will leave Foxton 5.10 p.m. for Palmerston North. The usual 10.2 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. trains Palmerston North to Foxton will NOT run. Train will leave Palmerston North 0 a.m., Poxton arrive 10.27 a.m. On 10th April, special train leaves Peilding (5.11 p.m., Palmerston North (5.55 p.m., for Foxton. The usual 5.35 p.m. train, Palmerston North to Poxton will NOT run. Holiday Excursion tickets will he issued to Peilding from any station on 9th April in connection with Easter Holidays. On 10th April Holiday Excursion tickets, available fur return until 10th May, 1917, will be issued to Peilding by morning train only from Foxton and intermediate stations. No goods or livestock traffic will be accepted on (3th and 9th April, and Goods Sheds will be closed on those days.
