At a meeting of the committee of the North Otago Jockey Club, Mr K. P. Lee, M.P., tendered his resignation as a member of the committee and honorary treasurer of the (dub. Mr Lee said that he did so on account of the views he held in regard to racing white the war continued. The resignation was* accepted with regret.
