FREEZING WORKS STRIKE.
Auckland, Feb. Ilf
The strike at the freezing works at Southdown. Horotiu and Wesflield continues. At the former works 150 to 200 men are idle. At Westheld 50 men are out, twenty being strikers and the remainder, butchers, were forced into idleness. One serious result is the cutting off of supplies to the Government meat market.
