The .Manawatu Racing Club, in continuance of its policy of distributing its profits to deserving objects during the war period, decided last night to make the following allocations: — Salvation Army £I,OOO Y.M.C.A. ' £SOO Geza Hume, Cairo £IOO War Contingent Association, Loudon £250 Martin Memorial Fund £IOO Overseas Tobacco Fund £25 Expeditionary Force Tobacco Fund £25 Total £2,000
