Wellington, Last Aught. The Defence Department is preparing draft proposals for the elussilieatioii of men of the Second Division of lire Expeditionary Force Deserve. These will be submitted to Cabinet at an early date. Air Allen says that it is not expected that any call need be on the Second Division for four or live months yet.
