CAPTAIN SEDDON’S CASE.
Wellington, Feb. 9
Richard John Seddon, formerly a captain in the New Zealand permanent forces, appealed to the Military (Service Board for exemption until the end of April in order to wind up bis business affairs. It was slated that appellant offered his services immediately the war broke out if a suitable position could ho found. The Board granted leave till April Ist.
